HR Copilot only uses the cookies it needs to work. There are no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, so there's nothing to accept or disable.

What cookies are

Small files a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between pages.

Five cookies, each needed for a part of HR Copilot to work.

hrcp_session	Keeps you signed in	30 days, or until you sign out
hrcp_oauth	Protects your sign-in with Google or Microsoft while it happens	10 minutes
hrcp_cal	Protects the connection while you connect a calendar, meeting tool or mailbox	10 minutes
hrcp_language	Remembers the language you chose	1 year
hrcp_theme_visit	Remembers a light or dark theme you chose for this visit	Until you close the browser

HR Copilot also keeps a few display settings in your browser's own storage, such as your theme and whether the sidebar is folded.

They stay on your device, aren't sent to us and don't track you. Clearing your browser's data removes them.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser's settings.

If you block the cookies above, you won't be able to sign in to HR Copilot.
